  • Pilates

Pilates is a method developed as early as in the 1920s by Joseph H Pilates. It is a system of stretching and strengthening exercises, based on the balance of body and souls, and aims at restoring natural and healthy movement. By concentrating on the major posture muscles, the torso gets more stable. Weakened muscles are strengthened, shortened muscles are stretched. Flowing movements are combined with the corresponding breathing activities.
